First off, I am an absolute noob at just about everything PC-related. So, there's a UK-based website called Gladiator PCs, and I'm trying to make a decent, relatively inexpensive gaming PC build ( https://www.gladiatorpc.co.uk/configure/config/65887 ) for the "Sniper 1050" that's preferably under £1000 that can run games like GTA5 on relatively high settings on Windows 7 Pro, red case lighting and wireless networking, so far I have a build, but I'm not sure if it's decent (Everything I've left out are stock with the PC):
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.20GHz;
Motherboard: ASUS Z170-p Intel Skylake Crossfire;
RAM: 8GB 2666Mz Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 Red;
Graphics card: Radeon RX470 ASUS STRIX OC edition 4GB;
PSU: 650W Corsair VS650;
CPU cooling: Raijintek Aidos DirectConnect;
OS: Win7 Pro;
Networking: TP link TL - WN881ND 300Mbps Wireless N PCI;
DVD: ASUS DRW24D5MT Black SATA Optical Drive;
Case + cooling lighting: Red;
Keyboard: Gamemax Gamer illuminated keyboard and mouse;
Mouse: Gamemax Tornado;
Surge Protection;
Professional cable management.
£965, feel free to improve it.
If anyone can come up with a better build, I'd be highly appreciative, but Win7, red lighting, wireless networking and a total cost of under £1000 are necessary.

-- EDIT --
Here's a list of items you SHOULD buy: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nvXhvV
Don't buy anything that comes pre-build as a PC.

Instead of buying that "Gladiators" bullcrap, allocate that budget into an actual capable PC. Though I'd go for a GFX1070 if I were you, if you can.

Cmon, is anybody gonna give me an opinion? I'm ordering it on the 17th. I don't want a trashy expensive PC that can barely run Minecraft at minimum settings because you guys ignore this post.

Thanks guys, I think I've got a pretty decent build now.
By the way, I want Win7 because I'm extremely familiar with it.

Do you really want to pay an extra £41.30 to use Windows 7 just because you're familiar with it? Because that's the price difference between the two preloaded OS options. Plus, Windows 7 is nearing a decade old and will not be supported in the near future (just like Windows XP lost support almost 3 years ago).

And, to be honest, you can control 90% of Windows 10 the same way you can control Windows 7.

If I could, I'd opt for Windows 8.1, but IMO it's worth it.

For a start, don't get an intel Pentium core. For one they are considered ancient (Came out in 1993) so I would highly recommend you purchase a quad core processor or I suppose dual core would do fine. Since I'm assuming you are only looking to build a desktop computer specifically for gaming and not like video editing etc... then you should focus on getting an intel i5 dual core processor. 8gb of RAM is fine but I don't see why you don't get Windows 10. Also don't worry about getting a fast processor. If you have a fast graphics card then you can play your games on the highest settings, even if you don't have a top notch processor. I'd recommend a graphics card like this one, EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition. I'd say that the graphics card should be the biggest buck for your computer. The one I provided is approximately 500 US dollars, and the remaining hardware that you're going to need shouldn't be too expensive, I'm pretty sure you can squeeze it all within 800 euros or under.

1. The Pentium line was introduced in 1993, but nowadays the name refers to dual-core chips that are essentially lower-clocked i3's without Hyper-Threading. The G4400, based on Skylake, is a capable processor for games that don't need more than 2 cores.

2. There hasn't been a dual-core desktop i5 since 2010.

3. I agree. I'm not sure why OP isn't going with Windows 10.

4. The GTX 1080 (MSRP between $580-750+) is way out of OP's budget.

5. OP is in England - he uses GBP, not euros.

***************************************************************************************

OP, here is what I came up with:

The total is £822.59, but you can save about £10 by opting out of the professional cable management.

4gb RAM and the i3 seem kinda lacking tbh.

alright it should perform very well but I would recommend something like a MSI Z170A instead of the B150 as it has overclocking capability even if you don't want to over clock right now, you can in the future if you get a better cpu and cooler.

For my build, the CPU and motherboard are Intel Pentium Dual Core G4400 Skylake Socket LGA1151 processor and Gigabyte B150 Sniper B7 Intel Skylake Gaming Motherboard (both are stock for the prebuilt pc).
