So after breaking my old pc, I'm deciding to build a new one. Heres the build:

ASRock Z97 PRO4 LGA 1150 ATX Intel Motherboard $89.99
i5 4690K $199.99
Seagate Baracuda 1TB $52.99
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600 (two sticks of 4) $43.99
ASUS Radeon R7 370 Overclocked STRIX 2GB GDDR5 $159.99
Corsair Carbide Series 200R $59.99
Total: $651.13 USD (before rebate)
After rebate: $621.13 USD
I feel like I'm missing something in my build other than the wifi, mouse and keyboard, and the monitor.
Also should I switch the r7 370 for a r360? The 360 is 99.96 and the r7 is 159.99.

You're spending a bit too much on the CPU than on the GPU (it depends on the games you play though). You are missing the PSU.
