I'm about the opposite of Furry, it's all about the buttons. This is mine, check it out:

I'm worried that if I have too much buttons that in game I will be mis-clicking a lot. Does this tend to happen for you? Also is the mouse nice quality?

Sorry for the late reply. The buttons easily press when you want them too, and the only button I've ever mispressed is the '1' button. (That's happened maybe two times)
The top of the mouse is a soft touch material, think the back of a Kindle Fire?
Very good mouse for the price, has a long warranty, works like a charm, and seems to be tailored for my hand.... Literally, my hand fits on it perfectly

Wow that's a really cool customizable mouse. I'm surprised it's even under $40.
