If you choose to play on a server that doesn't protect against griefers then you deserve to be griefed.

Well, I hate Griefers too, they waste their time to grief then the structure got rollbacked, what's the point?

Well, you can grief on the servers that allows grief.

Yah, I had a server for a long time. I never had a problem with griefers. Protect your server properly and there wont be a problem.

I think if you want it stopped then protect your server, it takes a tricky and experienced griefer to get past most anti grief plugins

Yeah, as long as you protect your things with the proper anti-grief plugins (Also have anti-grief plugins available for your players), griefers can't do much.

Yes, but thanks to anti grief plugins Minecraft isn´t fun anymore, I mean, we all must obey the rules to not get banned.
I mean, you have limited space for your house, you can´t visit your friends, you can´t mine diamonds if they are under your friends house...

i think i know what to do if griefiers grief they will be ban using a plug-in idk if there is one but here how it will if a griefier grief he will be ban without op or owners or anything

I dont think an Automatic anti-grief Plugin would be particularly effective, If you were building with a friend, and happened to remove a large amount of blocks while the co-owner of the building happened to be offline, the grief plugin would likely consider the person who had removed the blocks as a greifer, while they are entirely innocent.

Besides, the best servers have the ability to rollback damage to buildings.
