It should still be called July 4th or the day of independence at least because they left the Mayflower to come here to get away from the king of England.

Independence Day is when America became it's own country. It used to be owned by England. Plus, why would it be called 4th of JULY when it's the 27th of NOVEMBER!? I'm not sure if you're a troll or you're serious.
