I've been endlessly trying to find a way to play the game on Hard without having Monsters spawning.
The problem with /gamerule doMobSpawning false is that turns off Passive mob spawning as well.
Which I don't want.
I'd like to have random animals roaming around as I explore, and I like the added difficulty of starving to death, but I hate monsters getting in the way of things and just being annoying.
If anyone knows how to turn just the monsters off, I'd appreciate it greatly.
