Every time my nether wart farm is ready to harvest, full grown, and then I harvest it and I only get 1 nether wart each full grown nether wart !! Pls help me

It's solved, and yes it was fully grown for some reason the short not grown ones were the ones that have me more than one. Huh. Maybe it's my phone idk but it's solved
