OK I'm compleetly serious I don't know what I did but It will not let me in.
Every time I try to sign in with out updateing my game it tries to load and gets as far as the Mogang screen then chrashes.
Every time I try to sign in with updateing my game it just will not update then it like freezes for a sec then says "failed to launch Fatal error occured (4): Permission denied: connect".


If you know how to fix this I BEG YOU TO HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

reset your .minecraft. go into your %appdata% and just delete it, when you restart your game it will load back up and will be fine

Run -> %appdata% -> roaming -> .minecraft <- delete folder

Run mc -> options -> force update -> login -> play mc

Don't forget to backup your maps

When it's a update it's mojangs fault

All you need to do is delete your .minecraft file !
You can find it in Execute\%appdata%

You can do what they said, or just delete the bin folder.
If that doesn't work yes delete the whole .minecraft folder.

It probably wasn't an update, rather he was modding (which I don't think so, if he can't to a hard reset), but there are still other ways to crash the game. Also if he was screwing around with folder placement. Either way, it was something on his end, otherwise we would have hundreds of complaints like this.

try reseting minecraft if that doesnt work have you tried downloading it again

ugh.. Once and for all, and this has been said before: Go to [yourname]/AppData/roaming. There, you will see ".minecraft". Open in, drag the "saves" folder to your desktop. Run minecraft. .minecraft should have returned. Bring the "saves" folder back to the new .minecraft. You just did a hard reset, without losing your saves.
