OP, what GPU do you have?

Something I can automatically see: You are using the wrong graphics card. You have to use a different graphics card, there should be an Integrated Graphics Card in your computer other than the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. You either have Integrated Intel Graphics or another kind of graphics card. You can learn about switching graphics cards by Device Manager.
INSTRUCTIONS
You right click the bottom left corner of your screen and it opens up a little menu, and you click on Device Manager. Then you click on Display Adapters, and you right-click on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, and click on Update Driver Software. Then click on Browse for Driver Software on Your Computer. Then click on "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer." Now, it gives you some options in a box with "Model" in it and Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. Do you have one below or above it? It should be the NVIDIA GeForce 210. Good. Click on it, and press Next. Then your screen may go black, and make a sound, then returns back normal. I hope this works!

How do you know he has a 210? It has 3gb of ram, sounds like a 7xxx series GPU or a higher end nvidia 7xx card

It said in his report...

Just kidding. Good catch

What do you need help with? Looks like you're missing your video card drivers.
