Help needed with UPLOADING A SKIN

I have been trying to upload a skin I made (its the first one I have ever made, so I'm new to this) and I keep getting this error saying that transparent blocks have been detected and will be shown as black in game. Please fix. What does this mean? All of my skin is filled in. Please help! I am using SkinEdit alpha 3 pre 7 if that makes any difference.

This is what my skin looks like when I saved it and attempted to upload it:

I think you need to fill in the slots where it says "Top Body" and "Bottom Body." These two places are rarely seen so they don't need to be very detailed. Hope this helps!
