1.3.1 help please with server

on my server i updated to 1.3.1 and on my server it says someone was on so i checked and i could not use any cammands and i could not even use a compass. beter yet there was 3 weadyen`s but i was the only one.???
what are your thoughts?
help please

It could be a glitch. Try setting up a new server folder on your desktop with just the craftbukkit.jar (if you use it) and the start.bat and have it st up fresh, clean folders again. And than you can move all your pluggins and stuff in.
