Well I guess I can't get shaders then.
1
All I had on was Optifine 1.8.9 and Silder's Vibrant Shaders v1.153 Lite.
1
I do have Forge and mods but I am not using them.
1
I've had this issue too.
I don't think it's your shaders, I think it's one of your mods.

he doesn't have forge installed, optifine is the only thing
so he can't have any other mods

It depends on your hardware. Switching to 64 bit would mean you'd have to reinstall windows.
And it'd be pointless, since lite wouldn't be playable. You most likely only have 4gb ram, so you can't allocate any more than 1gb

Also If you know any 32 bit shaders that would work please tell me!
1
Also I know my computer isn't very good but I downloaded lite so I thought it would work!
1
I don't really know what 32 bit or 64 bit means so could you tell me what it means also is there any way I could change my computer into 64 bit or not? Please tell me!

you don't have enough ram allocated, and i don't think your laptop is strong enough to handle shaders too well
assuming it's a laptop because
EDIT: nope. you can't run shaders, because you have the 32 bit version of windows, and 32 bit java can't allocate more than 1GB ram
