Help with color codes on commands

I tried this: /give guardtown bow 1 0 {display:{Name:"§fSheeps wool§r"},ench:[{id:16,lvl:7},{id:19,lvl:-3}]}
But it did'nt change anything! (the §
I think i used it right, tell me whats wrong or how to write it down.

I'm pretty sure that § can only be used in language files, and that there's no way to get colored item names using commands.

Ik that, But im using a command for a item, and i cant use a color code in the display of the item's name right.
