You do realize that that is a professional website and that probably took months to create while working out all the bugs, and you have to have experienced knowledge in something that most people don't. 20 bucks won't get you a website like that. Websites are often far more expensive if you want them professionally done, if you want it done by an amateur maybe, but it will most likely have bugs and won't look as nice as that unless you edit a template.

Go to joomlas website...

install joomla

learn some css ... you say you are graphic artist... than all you have to do is add some images...

don't think you can afford a professional.

You know, some people here have spent (like me) many months or years in learning CSS, HTML and other languages to make websites, we have even spent some hundreds of dollars on tools to make these websites more professional, and you give 20 bucks? Seems legit, man, I would do it for free, because I love it, but I don't have much time anymore with sitting and programmering infront of my computer, which I have always loved to do with some epic music in the background.
