I am looking for a small team of builders about 1-4. I need a really good custom made spawn for my server. I am requesting help because i am a terrible builder. If i can tell you what my ideas for the spawn are will YOU be able to build for me.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

maturity: age 15+ (some exceptions allowed)
Amazing builder (most show evidence of his or her work)
Must have premium minecraft account.
Ability to work with others.

YOUR REWARD (So long as your work is good, and you make a good spawn): Staff on my server. My server is gonna be good. My team is currently developing plugins and coming up with ideas to make the server good.

Plugin experience: I know every plugins ins and outs, the main ones every server has anyway.
Can you get people to join? I advertised for MPcraft before they were big and now MPcraft is top page
Previous staff positions? Admin,mod,lead builder. Now every server i work for Im usually the lead builder and admin
Can you find donors? (for every person that you get to join the server and then donate you get a 15% cut but you must get them to join and donate not get a player that has already been on to donate) Through youtube and planetminecraft i most likely can.
Can you donate? Depends
What makes your app better than all the others? My age, Experience, im a top page builder and i always get servers top 50 on PMC.
Do you know any HTML coding? (optional) Yes
Can you make youtube videos for us? I can but not HD, my friend can
What else can you do?

Give u a plugin list that will easily keep people playing your server.
Build the best looking stuff.
I was apart of Minthrintia Academy so i might be able to get builders from there to help.
Worked for, built, admin'ed and owned over 30 servers.
