Hey guys! I've been wanting to know... Do I have what it takes to have a signature shop on PlanetMinecraft? Here is my signature that I made! Please rate 1-5 and comment if you think I can improve. Thanks!

What could I do better on?

IT's a little simple, mostly just text with a glow it looks like... Do you use photoshop?

Ok, just try messing around with different effects on your text, and try to get a really nice looking background, I know my signature sucks, but I made it a long time ago.. Lol

Reasoning behind it?

I rate on skill and not by the look, the point is, you downloaded a custom font, added a basic outer glow text effect either by using the Photoshop text FX built in or by duplicating the layer and doing a basic Gaussian blur under the filters.

On top of that you didn't even do a background. I mean sure if you wanted something simple I guess that's fine, it looks fine but the amount of skill and technique put into it is mediocre at best, it seems like you didn't try.

If I were to request a signature I probably wouldn't request one from you, lets just say that.

I could make that in about 2 minutes flat.

That was quite mean. I was going for a clean look. I didn't want much for a background. Anything else for a background would look odd. It's the colors of my state university. The only colors I could use were black, white, and yellow. I wasn't looking for just plain mean comments. I was looking for improvements.

Could I have improvement notes? I wasn't asking for insults.

There's a difference between being critical and being mean. It's your choice whether you actually decide to take the advice and stop making signatures that use a custom font and a basic glow effect and actually try to be imaginative with it.
