I think he means PMC, because he has none. Go to my account in the upper-right hand corner of the screen, go to edit profile and avatar, and click on the thing that shows a pencil writing on paper. When you click that, click Choose File, and your pictures will come up. Open the one you want to use. Be careful though, some are too big. Sometimes there is a bug that your avatar shows up to everybody else but you.
