This is a MUCH better build. It's cheaper, and is about, eh, 6x faster. The GT card in the CyberPowerPC's computer, is a $40 video card. It won't even play BF4 on lowest settings, 800x600, at 20 fps.
57r4d's build will get about 40FPS on ultra, at 1080p in BF4.

Maybe on high @ 1080. Possibly ultra @ 720p. 750Ti is a respectable card, but its focus is on saving power by feeding off the PCIe port only. Maybe bump up the PSU to 500W and go for an AMD Radeon HD 7850 (on sale at NewEgg here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814131562). It's a decent card, especially for the price.

No, It'll run ultra, with an average of 40 FPS. Now I'd bump it down to medium, and get the most frames, while still looking good. And no, you won't need 500, let alone 400. The 7850 may be a little bit faster than the 750Ti, but the 750Ti is also cheaper (40 dollars cheaper). And the 750Ti has shadowplay, which means he can record, without really any lag.

Around 70FPS+ with that I think, recording would probably make it 50-60FPS, But that's still a nice quality video.

I have a PC with similar specs , I get around 120-150 fps without recording , and around 50-100 with recording , which is perfect for youtube videos. Not sure on memory usage by Fraps however , but I use DXTory.
Minecraft is more CPU ( Central Processing Unit ) Intensive rather than GPU intensive (Graphics processing unit ) , so as long as you aren't going for high quality shaders in your videos , this is perfect for what you want to do with it.

It looks good, with 8GB RAM, Quad Core 3.8GHz, but I'm not sure about the graphics card

possibly i mean the computer has a older graphics card but everything else is good.
