I'm asking basically what upgrades would be good for my PC?
Some of this stuff I might end up getting at a local Salvation Army
CURRENT SPECS:
OEM Dell motherboard (don't criticize me for getting a prebuilt, i want something that works out of the box)
Core i3 4150 w/ OEM cooler
One case fan (the Dell case only supports one fan sadly.)
One DVD drive (Matshita DVD+/- RW drive)
One WD Blue harddisk (supposedly 1TB, shows up as 931GB under disk management)
2 PCIe 1x sockets
1 PCIe 16x socket (between the 1x sockets)
2 empty drive bays (1 5.25 inch external bay, 1 3.5 inch internal bay)
No-name branded speakers that are probably dated 2001-2005 or anywhere in between
END OF LIST

WHAT I WANT TO GET:
A USB 3 expansion card for more USB 3 ports
A second DVD drive
A second harddrive (DON'T TELL ME TO GET AN SSD, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND FAIL, JUST LIKE HARDDISKS, AND ARE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A 1 TRUE TB+ SSD)
A graphics card, such as a GTX 750Ti or a 760 (I'm done with AMD, I got poor performance with an integrated Radeon 7000 series, seemed more like an integrated poorman's R7 240, out of all my games except for Spore, which at most got ~20fps which is fine for me)
A USB floppy drive (don't criticize me for wanting one)
A CRT monitor (again, don't criticize me, I prefer CRTs over LCDs, nothing larger than 19")
Better speakers
A wireless G/N/AC dongle
Wireless mouse
Core i5 4690 w/ stock cooler (non-K version)
A 1080p monitor (preferably nothing larger than 22"
A legacy port card (preferably with PS/2 and parallel ports)
END OF LIST

Don't ask why I want to fill up ALL the PCIe brackets (theres 4) I just want to.

EDIT: I looked on eBay and google in general, and there's no PCIe cards with both PS/2 and parallel port on the same card. Guess I'd have to resort to a USB adapter. Not a big deal, since I only have a USB printer so parallel would only be important for things like the infamous Zip drives if I got one.

The reason it doesn't show up as a "true" 1tb HDD, is because a lot of that is allocated for Windows, and other stuff ran on the computer. You can't get a "true" 1TB HDD/SSD.

You want a second hard drive, but not an SSD because they fail, or not an HDD, because they fail? Isn't that like a paradox. Also, what do you mean 1 true TB? One terabyte is one trillion bytes. Your OS recognizes 1 TB as like 1 trillion 240 million I believe.
A second DVD drive

Those are ~15 or 20 dollars. You should be able to get one from a local store, or order online. (Online would be cheaper though)

Saying you don't want an AMD card because it's integrated cards have low performance is like saying you don't want to get chef-made sushi because gas station sushi isn't any good. AMD Cards are great for budgets.

You do realize that integrated is nothing like dedicated? At a lower budget, nothing can beat AMD. (Unless nVidia releases a 950ti soon)
