Type /save-all if you are running a regular minecraft server. (Should work with bukkit or anything like that.

funny bunny10AndrewThaumasTheIceBeingHere's how you do it on the PC:
Click the Start Menu on Windows.
Type "%appdata%"
Click "Roaming"
Click ".minecraft"
Scroll down until you find "saves"
Enter that folder and find a folder with the name of the world you want to post.
Copy it onto your desktop.
Right-click it and press "Move to Compressed Zipped Folder"
Open the new zipped folder and put whatever else you want to be in there with the map (more maps, instructions, etc.)
Go to http://www.mediafire.com
Make an account if you don't have one.
Upload the zipped folder to Mediafire.
Go to Projects on PMC and click "Create New Project"
Put in all the information and things.
Where you need to put the file, put in the Mediafire link for the zipped folder. You should be able to get this if you click the chain symbol next to the newly uploaded file.
Success! You have now created and uploaded a custom project.
Keep in mind that he is only Level 1 and him uploading a mediafire link is against the rules and he could risk action against his account. I would recommend only uploading schematics until he is Level 10 and permitted to do this.
I think you mean adfly links aren't allowed until lvl 20
Sorry, Funny Bunny is right. Just ignore what I said lol. I just got a little mixed up
