How do you turn Super Secret Settings off?

I started playing with them and now I can't figure out how to turn them off.

I once had Optics and changed everything and decided to get rid of it, I did so then I realised my mine craft was visually different but the Super Secret Settings just adds onto that.
I can't get it back to normal! is it because of Optics or is there some other problem involved.
