Hey PlanetMinecraft im here to show you a resource pack that i have been working on through some default programs XD
Programs used: Paint and file explorer

How to Install Resource Packs!
1. Go to the start button on the bottom left corner of your screen (it looks like 4 squares)
2. Optional: Type "Run" if needed
3. Type %appdata%
4. Go to the "Roaming"
5. Click ".minecraft"
6. Click the "resourcepacks" folder
7. Move the resource pack zip file into that folder
8. Open Minecraft if needed
9. Select Resource Packs in Options menu
10. Select the resource pack and play!
(Your file explorer link should look something like this: C:\Users\"nameorpcname"\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft )
