Ay family, got a question that I've been trying to ask for years, but I've never been able to figure out. I was recently reminded of it, and wanted to try again.
Essentially, I'm feeling a wave of nostalgia for the version of Mo' Creatures that was released for 1.5, and wanted to play it again. The only problem is I cannot for the life of me figure out how to install older mods on the new Minecraft Launcher. I know it should be possible, with the ability to install new .jar files built in, but I just can't figure out how.
I'd also be interested in installing older builds of Buildcraft and TooManyItems, for if I remember right, they are compatible.
Thanks guys

im sure they are the same as before, install forge, install mods to mods folder, select to run forge 1.5 with new launcher
unless your on about beta 1.5 where you had to extract mods into the minecraft.jar, i dont actually think you can run them anymore unless you can find a legacy launcher that redoes the old file system
