When I join the server OpAnarchy and only that server I am able to join the hub but as soon as I try to join prison or skyblock on the server I either get kicked and I see this message: Internal Exception:java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine
or my minecraft starts not responding and gets stuck on loading terrain and after about a minute or 2 I get spawned into the hub. I understand it is something with my computer and not the server because I am able to play on that server just fine on my laptop. Anyone have any ideas on what is happening?

An anti-virus program or firewall might be blocking your connection.

Btw that is the only server I cant join. Every other server I am able to. Also I turned off my antivirus and nothing happened, turned off my firewall and allowed minecraft, and did both at the same time and its still didnt work.
