Every time, when my friend wants to connect with my LAN-World it isn't working!! I don't know why. I tried to turn my windows firewall of and i also tried to make a normal server which isn't working too (We both have Hamachi and we are in a network together)! These are now 2 Problems, please help me :( !

You have to be in the same firewall, Otherwise he will be blocked from all communications through LAN. So either he must be in your home with a PC behind your firewall, Or you don't play with him.

I havent tested LAN over a hamachi network yet but to those saying he needs to be in the area... Hamachi makes people across the globe connect to your LAN network

Hamachi doesn't work the way you think it does. Hamachi provides a quick and easy VPN between people. It does NOT connect people in the way Minecraft needs for LAN.
I run a private Direwolf20 FTB Server. Message me to check it out.

Try port forwarding it. After when your done port forwarding it I recommend getting a dedicated server.
