Current Staff:
(Staff members play out battles between people, and control rewards. You can choose your own reward from a battle as long as it is reasonable. Staff will take over if you do not.)
RULES:

1) No "Barbie" characters. This means, you can't have a character that is just insanely overpowered and has no weaknesses. Each character must follow the guidelines (2 elements, starts with 500 gold, etc.) and not be invincible. I will enforce this. If I notice people doing this, I will begin force-killing them in certain situations.
2) No playing God. In a battle, especially against another person, you describe YOUR actions only. Staff decides who is victorious. You cannot say things like "I jump from a tree and stab you in the back of the head killing you." You could say something like, "Strategy: I attempt to climb a nearby tree to get the advantage, and try to dive on the other person"
3) No flaming, excessive cursing, trolling, being immature, or using terrible grammar.
4) No editing LORE. You cannot say things that break the LORE. You cannot for example, have a full auto machine gun. You cannot say "I killed the king" because in the LORE it says that the king is guarded by an entire army and police force of the strongest army in Irae. Unless somehow you can kill over 1000 guards at once, you cannot do this.[/b][/size][/list]

[b][i][size=150]There has been some confusion. Let me explain the shop. You start out with NO items, and NO spells, and NO pets. You merely have 500 gold, regardless of what your background story is. You can choose anything you want with that 500 gold, and that is what you can start with. If you PERSONALLY tell me an idea for a new weapon or spell, that I ACCEPT and USE, then I will give it to you for free. All inventory changes will be documented by me in this main post, so if there is an item you say you have that isn't here, you don't have it. Please let me know if I make a mistake.[/size][/i][/b]
[b]You can enchant your weapon with one of your elements for 1000 gold. You can refine them for 500 gold, then 1000, then 2000, then 5000. Each time it gets stronger, and gets a * added to the end of it for every refine.[/b]

Accepted. One of the best apps I have seen so far.
Regarding the two classes, I really like them.
Perhaps the elementalist could be similar to the monk in Diablo (If you have played it, he uses many different elements in his attacks) and the berserker makes more sense under warrior, but I will cnosider it!

After many years of working as a slave, she had her chance. She bashed open the lock with her wooden handcuffs, and escape. She didn't care to "Fight" at the time, because it would be futile. Their "Master" got too close to the sun, and his "Wings" burned off, but in this case, it was his head, and more precisely, bashed open. She made her escape. She hadn't seen freedom in such a long time...

I smiled in slight pain, limping out of the forest. I had found the Teagrass,
the elusive plant hiding in the moss of a great tree. While the healing spell certainly
healed my wounds, that didn't take away from the exhaustion and mental pain.
Going back to the old alchemist, I gave him his desired ingredients, happily taking the 70 gold he offered me. Nodding in appreciation, I went back to the inn, but not to rent a room. I just slept for a few hours.

I woke up with a small yawn, noticing with happiness, that everyone was still there, and the inn wasn't closed. Getting up, I left the friendly inn, and continued my walk in the dangerous forest, but knowing there might be danger soon. After walking for quite a bit, I sat down against a tree, and ate a few berries I picked from the forest. Feeling relaxed, I didn't notice the humongous bear charging at me from the underbrush.

[Strategy/tactics: Kill the bear quickly, using my staff to move it's hits aside.]
I watched as the bear charged at me, and as it swung a massive paw, I swiftly planted my bone staff into it's elbow, effectively breaking, and making the arm miss.While the bear roared and charged at me again, for I backed up quite a bit, I moved slightly to the side, and the bear, filled with the momentum of it's charged, couldn't do anything as I lightly slid my hand against it's unprotected side, effectively burning a long gash into it. While dazed by the attack, I firmly planted the butt end of the Bone-Staff into it's head, killing it. I grinned happily, glad no wounds were inflicted onto my body. Grabbing it rougly, I dragged it back to the tree, skinning it's hide.

Po1ntBlankONI_LINKI guess theres always that danger but you should try to trust your rp'ers seeing as its mostly the newbies that do that, or insta-hit whichever floats there boat.
Just clearing this up. I only play out battles for those who don't do it themselves. If you were to type the "Enter Battle" etc. and then type how the battle played out and the rewards, etc. (Its not "Found 5 gold!" More like, "As I surveyed the area, I found that where the monster came from the ground there was a small chest with a shuko in it") then that is fine. The only times we play out battles are for two reasons:
Their post doesnt
They have shown that they are not capable of playing out their own battles
Other than that, they can do anything they want. This RP has a lot of freedom to it.

So the night Maya and her family were walking home from the docks, a strange man sprung out of an alleyway, armed with a lethal looking dagger. He spotted the pendant on Maya's neck, and pounced on her, about to stab her. But her parents knew they had to save her, and the pendant, so her dad swiftly pulled out a small sword, and was about to stab him. But at the last second, the man spun around, and stabbed her dad in the neck. Her mum tried to find a weapon, but her belt was empty. The man slit her throat, and turned to Maya. Angry at the man, for killing her parents, she seeked revenge. She focused on him, and the gem on her pendant started glowing. The man dropped to the ground, dead. Stunned of seeing her parents sudden death, she ran back to her home, only to realize she was locked out. Maya spied a window, open just a crack. She lifted up the window, and climbed inside.

You swiftly dive out of the way of his incoming charge. You survey the area and notice one of the dead wolves' tooth sitting on the ground. It is sharp on both ends. You jab it into the butt end of your staff, and in a slashing motion nick the eyes of the pack leader as he charges you again. He is in pain, but kept charging and pinned you to a tree. Your staff flies out of your hands, and you are against the tree, unable to move. You realize a broken branch of the tree has punctured the back of your ribcage. Nothing lethal, but if something doesn't happen, you will be dead soon. The wolf readies itself for another attack, when all of a sudden you here two arrows whiz by and get the wolf in between the eyes and in the neck. The arrows start producing lightning and shock the wolf to death. You look around meekly but see no one. Then, all of a sudden, a hooded man is in front of you. He pulls you off of the branch, and heals your back with a stronger healing spell than you have ever seen. You are leaning on his shoulder, and realize you can stand up.
"Thank you" you say as you turn around to pick up your staff, but when you look back he is gone. Nothing but a burnt message into the ground in front of you reads:A Strange MessageI know who you are. There is great strength within you. You will be a powerful mage, and an even more powerful enemy to those who stand against you. This certainly seems interesting thats for sure... The idea of incorporating server ideas into a forum rp makes it have a decent twist.... Its just if the staff play the battles it sorta takes away from the rp rather than having the rp'er decide among themselves....

You know, I feel terrible for this, I totally forgot about levels. I have it where after every battle, I was supposed to reward gold and EXP. I'll add an exp number to every character on the character list, and get you started on that.

You search the monster and find he had a small stash of gold hidden away in his hole, with a skeleton in there too. You don't want to think about it, but you grab the 300 gold pouch and head off.

I lightly jumped over the demon's descending fist, and twirled my staff above my head, slicing it's green skin. It roared in pain before bringing it's heavy elbow back, completely knocking the air out of me, and slamming me into a tree. Gasping in pain, I rolled over, only to see another fist coming straight for my head. Thinking quickly, I raised the butt end of my Bone-Staff up, impaling the fist onto the sharp end. The demon roared in pain, stunned long enough for me to run up in high speed, my limping giving me enough momentum to slam my glowing, golden hand through the veinish skull. Taking my slightly warm hand out, now slick with blood, I yanked the Xander Root off of it's head, limping over to my staff and yanking it out of the Demon's gory hand. Leaning against the tree, I used Heal, watching as my hand glowed green, and I passed it over my bloody back and leg, watching the wound close up magically.

I woke up groggily, getting into my monk robes. Stretching my aching muscles, I put on my white hood and left the inn, putting my bone staff back onto my back. Strolling through the town, I noticed a mage-like man, cautiously looking around in the grass, just outside of the comfty inn I left. Carefully approaching him, I asked, ''Hail! What are your problems, kind alchemist?''. He seemed to look me over, and if satisfied with himself, nodded his hooded head. ''Well, peaceful Monk, I am looking for some ingredients, 'Xander Root' and 'Teaweed'. How would you like to go find it for me? I will reward you with gold.'' he spoke, his old voice weathered by age. I nodded my head and took the note he was offering, stuffing it in my pocket and leaving the city gates. After all, I was in need of the gold.

Kerel decided to see what was going on. He climbed over the wall, enclosing his empty field, a small field; really. He quickly glanced around at the cobblestone streets, waiting for someone to grab him by the neck. He decided it was safe, but for an extra precaution, he decided to climb to the rooftops. Not the best spot, but, better than on the ground. He gave himself a position at the edge of a roof, and he looked out over the sea, trying to see any sign of Nex or his demons. He saw something red in the distance, and tensed up. It was about 4 miles away.

You start to turn around to get away. You look back and see he is closer, now only about a hundred feet away. You attempt to get out of there, but he stops.
"It's okay. I'm not your enemy, unless you want me to be." he says.
"Who are you?!" You ask.

You start to walk towards the forest. With an amazing stroke of luck, after only a few minutes you round a corner and see a Xander root sticking out of the ground. You walk over to pick it up, but the ground starts to rumble. You back up as the root springs out of the ground, attached to a terrifying Nature Demon. The demon lets out a horrifying hiss and looks straight at you.
"It's okay. I'm not your enemy, unless you want me to be." he says.
"Who are you?!" You ask.
"My name is Theron. I know you are not evil, nor a demon. You look somewhat frightened, would you like some help with anything?" I ask.
"Well uh............"

I stare at the not in my hands, trying to figure out what it meant. Shaking my head, I calmly put it in the pocket of my robe, taking my staff and staring at the sharp end of it. Smiling happily, I put it on my back, with the leather belt tied tightly around my waist, and continued my travels.

You can control your own battles, so long as you prove not to break Lore, not to be OP, and not to give yourself ridiculous rewards. If you do these things, we will revoke your right.

You swiftly dive out of the way of his incoming charge. You survey the area and notice one of the dead wolves' tooth sitting on the ground. It is sharp on both ends. You jab it into the butt end of your staff, and in a slashing motion nick the eyes of the pack leader as he charges you again. He is in pain, but kept charging and pinned you to a tree. Your staff flies out of your hands, and you are against the tree, unable to move. You realize a broken branch of the tree has punctured the back of your ribcage. Nothing lethal, but if something doesn't happen, you will be dead soon. The wolf readies itself for another attack, when all of a sudden you here two arrows whiz by and get the wolf in between the eyes and in the neck. The arrows start producing lightning and shock the wolf to death. You look around meekly but see no one. Then, all of a sudden, a hooded man is in front of you. He pulls you off of the branch, and heals your back with a stronger healing spell than you have ever seen. You are leaning on his shoulder, and realize you can stand up.
"Thank you" you say as you turn around to pick up your staff, but when you look back he is gone. Nothing but a burnt message into the ground in front of you reads:
