What is this computer going to be used for?
Gaming while recording, and some mid range editing.
What is your budget?
$800 to 900 Canadian
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Canada
What is included in the budget?
Computer, and OS, I already have peripherals.
Will you be overclocking?
I do not plan to, no.
Will you be reusing any parts?
Possibly some RAM, I have 8 GB of DDR3 in my current computer
What OS do you want?
Windows 7 or 8. I'd prefer 7.
Any specific case preferences?
I like white cases rather than black or grey ones. And something large. (First time building)
Any other special features that you want in the build?
WiFi would be nice, but not totally needed.

Additional note:
With my budget I'm not sure if it's possible, but I'd like to be able to run SEUS shaders while I record, and maybe play Battlefield 4 on High-to-Very High settings.

Many thanks ^^

Ooops- ^^^

I just realized I made that a K version of the i5, it can be changed to the non-overclockable i5-4690.

Little over your budget, but will still be a great build assuming you use your 8gb of DDR3 memory, and if you can find a different way of getting the OS you can easily add an SSD, I recommend the Samsung 840EVO 120gb.

You said you're wanting to stream while gaming? When it comes down to CPUs, AMD should cover that more easily. For plain gaming and single-core tasks, Intel will work better.
Here's a small list I concocted. It probably won't be as good as Randomness and Killertoad when they come a-knocking, but it should be decent enough:

R9 280x paired with the AMD FX-8350 should be fully capable of doing gaming while simultaneously streaming. Also, shaders should run quite comfortably on it.

Some clips I found of the stuff in action:
Battlefield: https://youtube.com/watch?v=ppg5dvcGcWk

Minecraft with Shaders (this video runs a 270x, so the 280x will likely give better performance than the video's): https://youtube.com/watch?v=br11jTznBd4

The NZXT source has decent airflow, from what I've read. It should keep relatively cool even without the addition of after-market fans. Though, if you're paranoid about overheating, buying an extra fan or two wouldn't go amiss.

The CPU isn't knock-your-socks-off powerful, but it'll max out even Battlefield 4 with ease. Plus this gives you the option to use any CPU from a 4th gen Celeron (eww) to a 5th gen i7.

The case is nice and roomy, and has pretty white LED fans.

Nonononono.

I'm too sleepy right now to realize what the probably obvious problem with the graphics card is

Ohh I know man. I had an issue just trying to read your post due to how tired I am. It is not even that late for me currently, but I really should be getting some sleep.

Littleminer14This is a 100 dollars over your budget, but I think it's worth it.
(Also this is a late night build, so please feel free to point out the thousands of errors I might've made)

Edit: Sorry for a rather lackluster and almost pointless post, but it is late and I have schooling in the morning. If you do not get a good answer by morning I will go find a decent build for you if I do not forget.
