Hello everyone! My name is Lucas one of the owners of my new upcoming player verse player based servers. We have dedicated over 8GB's of RAM just for the server and more to come! We currently have 3 custom edited plugins and 3 custom created plugins with more to come to the gameplay for other players. We are currently looking for many staff members that can do the job perfectly. Our server will have the following plugins for the opening of the community. "Factions, President Escort, UHC, Survival Games, Competetive MobArena, PvP Duels, Tournaments hosted weekly with in game ranks and items as the prizes. At the end of every month we host a tournament that will allow the players of our server to win a free minecraft Plush Toy from our sponsors jinx.com!

Why would you like this position?: I am a keen helper on minecraft, on any server no matter what my rank may be, and i like to make sure people have a lot of fun on Minecraft, as well as helping people build up there own servers and allow them to thrive with popularity.
In what situation would you mute somebody?: Excessive vulgar language, racism, spam, abuse, and arguing with staff.
In what situation would you ban somebody?: Advertising, using a hacked client, having been muted multiple times for the same thing, exploiting bugs.

Well, i got alot of experiences, i've played Minecraft like about 3 years.
I've been staff on alot of servers from small server to the top, and if it's accumulated i can say it's about more than 5 times that i've been a staff.
And the last time i've on a positions on a server is on my own server, but i don't really have time to dedicate myself if I'm an owner, but i've time if I'm not an owner, cause i have less work to do so that i can spare my time to do some irl thing.
By the way, i've made 3 servers, but the last server is the one that i love the most, it has an unique mechanic with a custom plugins, but sadly it's closed because i can't host a server much longer, i need to focus on school at that time.

If you're asking about this my answer is, that i can be active as long as needed but still i'll make real life event as my number one priority.
Why would you like this position?:
Well i think that i may able to help and have fun with you and the rest of the team.
And I'm trusted, i have never griefed, raid, or hack on any server before, because i think it's a waste of time and i don't want people to do the same thing to me if i grief, raid or hack, because i know it's not fun to do that.
In what situation would you mute somebody?:
I'll mute a person when the person is cursing too much or crossing the line, and if they advertise anything that's forbidden on the server.
In what situation would you ban somebody?:
I'll ban someone if they did break the rules many time, or i can just ban them if they did something really really affecting(i mean like a big negative impact to the server).

I add this section by myself to explain more about me, since to be honest the application form is not too good.
As you've known I'm only 15 but i know how to code a little you know, and if you got anything wrong with your server just tell me, because i've alot of experiences on server setting, from the properties, until plugins.
What i mean by i can code a little is, i may be able to make requested plugins for you for free though, but only if i have spare time and my coding skill able to do the requested plugin, but still i'll try my best !
