Looking for experienced Server Developer

Hello, my name is rpetts505 and I am the owner of Classis Gaming. We recently created the community and are in need of a server developer. The developer's role on the server will be to manage our plugins, mod packs, and to be able to fix a server within a moments notice. The following are the requirements for the developer role:
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Must be able to work within a team
- Must be able to be online a lot
- Must be able to do all that is listed in the Developer's role above.
- Must have Skype.
- Must be a mature and honest person.

I dont have skype but I have owned servers for almost 2 years now and am in contact with the owners and admins of mccentral, I also am taking java classes and can make plugins for you, also I know html and css.
