You know, you're not gonna get it just by asking. Find a server you'd like to be Mod on, play on it, become a part of the community. Stay with the server, offer to help people, be nice and contribute. Maybe you'll eventually be OPed, but if you just ask like this it'll never happen. Trust me. If fact, doing this and asking over and over would make people think the opposite, and NOT mod you.
