Ok so everyone who is in the server should get technic launcher. choose tekkit, then start Minecraft

You can't use LAN. LAN is for your home network only. Someone would have to he at your house using your wifi to get on your server if you were using LAN.

The ip isnt on any website so noone plays but people I let.
