O thats a modler, ive done some models but they were horrible, so i stopped xD

You mean a modeler, a molder is not a profession.

First, not so sure what a molder is. Second, bascially your asking people to make your mod for you. Someone shouldn't make a really cool mod and put hours of work into it just to have it go on a server that will probally not stay up for longer than a month (not your server specifically). And from your post, if you need a coder to help with your mod, you probally just got a really cool idea and want someone to bring it to life. I just don't think the mod should be limited on your server and it should be released for the public; if thats the case then sure you could give me an idea for a mod (;
