I'm a very experienced staff and minecrafter. I account 4 years of experience of which 1 year was of enjoying the game from then on I decided to run my own servers for friends then I moved on to renting and administrating servers for others.

Hard to say, as much as it needs be. Depends on duties on the server, plugin fixes, etc.
