Hello. I own a medium sized server, sometimes peaking at 20 people. Min is 5-8 at a time.

It's a Network server, with 9 servers. Which are:
BungeeCord (The proxy)
Hub
Prison (OP) (Non-op coming soon)
Factions
KitPvP (Events, really fun, RankingUp)
Survival
Creative
SkyBlock
They all have separate donation ranks for each server, starting from cheap to expensive ranks.
But... there is just one problem... I cannot get players. I bump my server every day. Bump all forum posts I have on ALL Minecraft websites.
So please, If you have a youtube channel with 250+ Subscribers, and you get more than 100+ views in 24hrs, Please make a video.
If you get people on, There will be big rewards depending on how many join.
If all 250 were to join (my dream) I'd probably give you the most expensive rank on a server of your choice (Which are all OP)

I have 300 subscriber's but I don't get 100 views within 24 hours as that would be 1/3 of my subscriber base.

This may be a large request.. I don't think many people on pmc have YouTube... ( 50= subs ) You should just advertise MORE. but don't turn to spamming.. that gets you nowere

How though... I try any way of advertising (expect spamming on big servers) and it just DOENS'T work!
