I am making a avatar themed war server and i need your help. I am looking for experienced coders to make a custom plugin for my server. To get accepted you just need to fill in the app and i will send you a further details about the plugin.
Note: it will be very complicated

Depends how much you will pay. I would do about 5$ for a plugin with 200+ lines of code.

You can't really just throw an application for developers out there and expect everyone whats to work for you. It does not work like that, Developers do not spend hours on end coding a plugin for someone who just plain puts an app out, What are the rewards given, Most server owners pay for plugins to be developed.
