I am one of the 2 owners of ExplorersMinecraft's Community Server, running 24/7.

We started a couple of months ago, and is getting along quite well, but we are lacking staff members who have 'quality' of some sort. A special talent that they are good at, for example, building, writing, coding, or just having a position that could spread the words of our server.

I am a highly advanced plugin configurator, so have installed over 35 plugins, including HungerGames, Multiworlds, Mobarenas, Chats, Ranks, etc, so I won't be looking for plugin configurators.

Just the people I am looking for are highly advanced builders, and people who have experienced moderating, or controlling a decent sized server.

Experience on minecraft servers: I must say I have owned a server for about 6 months now and due to the cost of the server I was no longer able to keep it up, as well as the staff not dedicating their time. So I thought I'd be better at helping someone else's server. So I took a lucky pick and applied for yours. I know most plugins, if new to a plugin I am easy to pick it up.
What you have special talents or abilities (what you are good at): I am more of a creative person when it comes to modern builds and modern cities however if your city is medieval that's fine. I will happily build Arenas for your server and when released will help out all the players in every possible way I can.

I want the position as Admin, because I believe I will be a great asset to your community. My number one priority is to make this server a great and fun place for everyone that is lucky enough to stumble upon it. I will not disappoint you, and I swear I will do everything I can to make this an excellent server for everyone. I am very experienced as an Admin, and know how to deal with troublemakers, and I'm very experienced with Bukkit and it's plugins.
I believe you should accept me as a Admin, because I am very cooperative, and trust worthy, and i'm easy to work with. I will not fail you, I promise you that. I am extremely dedicated and will put many hours per day into this server. I am a good builder, but a better Admin. You should accept me because I am unique, and no one else will handle situations the way that I do. (And I have better grammar than 98% of people on PMC.)
