Looking for a seed!

Hi! I want to begin getting back into Minecraft SSP. I want a seed that I can build either a hill house on (a house on a flat hill) or a house in a cliff. Here's what I need.
- No villages. I know I could just turn structures off, but I do want them in the world, just not at spawn.
- No massive rocky hills that are ugly af. I'd prefer forests and plains.
- Trees. Big Importance.

this seed starts you off in the middle of a forest but has some other biomes near by, ie. flower forest, plains, spruce forest. its a seed that i use often. it has other biomes further out and a village. Hopefully this helps you out.
