Looking for Server Banner and Logo Designer

Hello!
I am in the progress of completing my Faction Minecraft server and am currently looking for a graphics designer to join my team. The graphics designer will be responsible for creating the background and logo for our website, the picture in the server list on the Minecraft client, and banners for voting sites.
The graphics designer will be rewarded a special rank with commands and kits on my server and a NPC in spawn to give credit.
