Congratulations, you’ve made it as far as clicking a link, you’ve obviously decided that you believe you’re going to be good at this job, but now, you have to persuade us that you’re going to be good at this job.

Through a series of questions, we will interview you and question you, and until the later rounds of questions, the only contact you will be receiving from us will be more links to posts and questionnaires like these and fake email accounts with links to the next questions, so it is imperative that you check your email account regularly and ensure that you answer the questions and whatever tasks as fast as possible, as those who leave it to the last minute will receive penalties, and if you don’t meet your deadlines, you will be removed from the selection programme.

Now lets move past the bit thats supposed to separate the wimps who can’t take deadlines to the people who are up for a challenge and can take the pressure and responsibility… What we are looking for is someone who is responsible, capable and independent, to lead a server (or possibly a server network), this person doesn’t need to worry about the costs, as we will cover that, however they must be able to manage the server fully, that includes staff, troubleshooting from the console, everything, you will essentially have full ownership and every permission, the only thing you won’t be able to do will be removing our account from the console (as you will have a separate account), so we will be checking in occasionally, and if you ever want some money for the server, we’ll buy it and pay it for you and give you what you need.

Moving onto the server itself, the server is going to be a themepark server, we have spent $600 on getting a professional map build team to build the park, and have a fully customized plugin for our server to run on which integrates with the traincarts plugin, and has a built in custom menu and firework displays, as well as an e-commerce cash system, due to this we will always be using this build team to build additions to the world or more worlds if you want them and they will have special permissions on our server (Architect), the plugin developer however has sadly stopped making plugins so you would have the freedom to find a new plugin developer who can reconfigure the plugin to your specifications.
