Skills: I am good at building and technical things such as handling files and getting plugins. But my biggest skill is that I'm good at graphics and can help with a server website and logos.

You only give out discord info if you are accepted? Why would I accept you without knowing your skills? Add me on discord and we can talk otherwise dont reply to my thread

To be fair, it is a bit of a losing question either way - public posting of those usernames is rather silly as it opens the option for spam/stalking and the person in question likely doesn't want to give such info to someone who won't accept him (though in that case he should have had a better app to begin with - what he posted is simply not good).
That said, the application itself is simply bad and likely wouldn't be accepted anywhere decent for the sheer lack of information. I would get it better if he said "PM me for the info". He could always make a gmail/alternate discord for these things...

Haha Nit get me good staff you know how PMC works lol! Its hard finding staff. I might just have to dev the whole server on my own and pick players for staff

The problem is PMC features a grand, overwhelming majority of staff hunters - and very few of those and t he others that do come along actually want to or are capable of helping your server.
I know a few people who would in fact be decent staff, but they own their own servers. :/

dev I have been dev on many server I can do something like permssionex I can configer that ingame
5 - What can you bring to our team? A great imagination and leader skills. I work together well,
but am good leading a project. I am very familiar with WorldEdit, and many other similar plugins as I used to run my own server. I am 12 and very mature.
6. sorry i dont make plugin i am very good with configering plugins setting up perms and makeing kits and i wound abuse my power if i did i would tell you
7. i have a friend thatt makes custom plugin for free and i dont whant the console it i do get accepted but it is up to youas the owner
8. i can give 36+hrs a week on the server a day i can give like 7 hrs
