Hi im looking for a good sever to work for im willing to be anything a bulider a admin anything u want i use to work for some of biggest severs in minecraft i can help your sever out alot with planing to make it bigger sorting out rules if someone breaks them just all time being on that sever if u want me PM me or ring me on skype

A few suggestions when making a post like this:
-Remember to include lots about yourself and previous experience in detail, and paragraph it. Using correct grammar/spelling helps also.

-Pictures! No server owner will trust you if you don't supply pictures of the 'builds' you've done in the past.

-Don't go asking for admin straight away. Server owners get annoyed when people come in asking for 'admin' or 'op' without proving themselves. How about applying for something like Moderator first? Prove what you can do!

-What servers did you work for? Can you get proof? It would be nice to have the IPs/sites of servers you previously worked for, so we could get in contact and verify that you did indeed work for them.

These are just some suggestions, I'm a server owner myself and I know what it's like. Anyway, I don't take applications, I hand pick my staff.
