Looking for staff(custom gamemod)

I am looking for staff to my upcomming server.
the server is running the custom gamemod megawalls ffa and stil under dev.
Now we have 2 owner and 1 co-owner and the server supposd to be opend next month(hopely).
Requirements:
Be mature and have time to spend to help players
If you looking to be YT you need to have more then 100 subs

Experience: I was a Mod on a small server a few months ago, but I resigned to focus on my school life and personal issues with some of the staff.
Time Zone: Central and I am usually on early in the morning until mid-day
Age: 13, but I am a year ahead, so I will be starting high school in the fall
Skype: FaultInOurFandom
Languages: English
About: My biggest strength would have to be experience dealing with different types of people and knowing how to handle them in a respectful manner. My biggest weakness would have to be that I'm not very opening up to people and more introverted, but I have been working on changing that this year by doing things like trying out for the talent show and the school play.
More: I have been staff on about 3 different servers, 2 of them over the last summer and 1 of them was my own and I know a few things about keeping everything in order.
