Hello everyone i am launching a new server called Ionic-Craft.

Why you would make a good Admin:My mind is very curious and I can see through lies.
I always use the /vanish (If the server was to have it) and snoop around players if I feel like they are hacking/griefing.
Previous Experience: A ton of servers, half of them are closed though. I also go through the new commands whenever there is a update meaning i'm very experienced with them.
How you will help make the server better:I will bring great ideas and good players to the server, i will do as you say but probably only you but i never lie as it will result in a failure for me.
I will make cities, towns, unique buildings to bring attention to the server and I am sure i will make you proud for choosing me.

Why You Would Make A Good Mod: I believe the largest aspect playing into the responsibility of Moderator (or at least the largest aspect I can contribute) would probably be my ability to complete a task, whatever that task may be. Such as, if you asked me to do something as simple as welcoming someone to the server, I would go to spawn, tell them that we're happy they're here, and they can ask me for help whenever needed. I obviously know that the role of moderator isn't just greeting people to the server, lol. Basically my point is that I get things done thoroughly.

Previous Experience:
1. RachtetCraft-My first moderator job ever was on RachtetCraft, I got it through a friend in real life, and now they only need me occasionally because they hired about 10 admins and 20 mods.

2. Mobsters- Currently I am a part time Mod on Mobsters, however there have been some permission issues that they're trying to fix, and unfortunately they're likely to lose funding.

How Will You Help People On the Server: I would try to welcome newbies as much as possible, and help anyone else who asks (as long as they don't request I give them a stack of diamond blocks, lol).

I know how to make people follow the rules, i'm always polite and i never abused the commands i get for admin and i will never abuse them. I'd like to help a new server to start and i want to be part of a growing community.

Previous Experience:
I had my own server for 9 months until it got hacked down, and all the people that were on it are sad because they said that i was the best owner they have ever seen.

How you will help make the server better:
I will make people following the rules, i know how to solve problems between players and with griefers/hackers. I'm from germany that means i can be on while you are sleeping, so you will have an admin on it to keep it running while you are away
