Hello, this is Carbonx_09, and I am looking for Co-Owners who would like to help me develop a server. This server is going to be a mixture of Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty. The server will have quite a collection of Guns, Grenades, Knives, etc.
The spoilers below describe what the server will be like. This list is not completed yet. I will update this list constantly with new details.
This project was just started and I am in need of assistance setting everything up. I am currently looking for Co-Owners, Developers, GFX, and Builders.
Requirements for Co-Owners:
-You must be at least 14.
-You must need to know how to configure plugin files and solve basic bugs.
-You must know how to advertise effectively.
-You must speak and type fluent English. You must be capable of creating News and Update posts on the website. Additional languages are not necessary, but can be useful.
-If you decide to pitch in some money to help with server costs, you will be paid in return based on monthly donations.
-You MUST be active in-game and on the Enjin website.
-You have to have played Minecraft for over 1/2 a year.
-If you have additional skills such as Coding, GFX, Building, etc., please say so.
Requirements for Developers:
-You must be at least 14.
-You must be capable of speaking and typing fluent English.
-You must be capable of coding in Java. If you are capable of coding in different languages such as HTML5 and CSS3, that is great, but not necessary.
-Proof you can code in Java.
-You must have been coding in Java for over 1/2 a year.
-If you have additional skills such as creating GFX, Building, etc., please say so.
Requirements for GFX Designers:
-You must be at least 14.
-You must be capable of speaking and typing fluent English.
-You must be capable of creating quality GFX such as Headers, Logos, and Banners.
-Proof you can design GFX.
-You must have been designing GFX for over 1/2 a year.
-If you have additional skills such as creating Coding, Building, etc., please say so.
Requirements for Builders:
-You must be at least 14.
-You must be capable of speaking and typing fluent English.
-You must be capable of building quality Minecraft structures.
-Proof you can build quality structures.
-You have to have played Minecraft for over 1/2 a year.
-If you have additional skills such as creating Coding, GFX, etc., please say so.
When the server is up, running, and completed, we will be looking for more staff members. As for now, we only need Co-Owners, Developers, GFX Designers, and Builders.

I've been playing Minecraft for 4 years, so I have experience.
What will you provide to the community if you become a Co-Owner? I'd be sure to make sure everything on the server was running smoothly. If there are ever any bugs or anything wrong with the server, I'd make it my first priority to make sure it gets fixed. I can keep the chat going and make sure its fun without breaking the rules. I'd enforce the rules, such as no spamming, no hacking, etc. I could also help with new ideas for the server.

What experience do you have moderating?: Yes i have experience moderating on servers. I have experience moderating on countless servers that people have heard about. I have even been a admin on Mineplex but i quit because no-one was ever one. The ranks ive usually been are moderator, administrator, helper, and manager.
On one server i was developer but that was when i used to know how to code
How much time are you able to dedicated to the server?: I will dedicate 1-5 hours on the server to help make it better in man ways that other servers cannot. I will have to take some breaks due to school and family time because i cant be on minecraft all the time, but i can try to. On weekends i can be on for 7 hours depending on what i have planned that day.
