eh, Been there done that. Give it some time and don't think about the bad things. literally, the best advice anyone can give you is don't devote yourself to the heartbreak. Say "FU" to the person and move on (though it's easier said than done)

There is only one thing you can do. Be friends with her even though you two have broken up. But if that doesent work then I have no idea what will work. I dont even know how i got here!

hey, you know what you need you need to get up take a walk ride a bike etc... and look around at life and watch how others are just fine with out a gf and just talk to others make friends and after that you should fell better and who knows if you go out and you meet new people you might find your self with a better gf than you already had

Wait it out. Time is the solution to everything, and a temporary way to 'stop' time is to take your mind off of it. Play a few RPGs, exercise a bit more, pass time. You'll never forget relationships past and gone, but remember the feeling you had and keep the fires blazing. There's millions of people out there that are just as awesome as your last gf/bf, you just gotta pass some time and get back out there!

Depression (and I've been there, still am most of the time) is a nasty critter. The fact is, that it's usually anger... directed inward. One good way to deal with it is to get angry, and direct it outward, in some positive way. Do something that requires physical labour, and do it ANGRY. Heck, dig a ditch. Punch a punching bag. Just don't direct it at any person or animal, because that's destructive. Throw the anger and sadness and fear into some hard work, and then make sure you let it go. Don't hang onto it, because it'll just grow back.

There are many ways to deal with depression. just listen to the experts (im obviously not an expert).
