I just downloaded Blender and have 0 experience 3D modeling whatsoever. I know there are people here who make Minecraft Skin renders using Blender and I would love to learn how. ^-^ If some of y'all could give me some tips on how to do so, I'd be very appreciative!

get gud
Watch some beginner tutorials so you learn all the shortcuts (Know how to rotate position things) then decide which engine you want to use (Blender Internal = Very Basic, ussually doesnt look good for more advanced uses - Cycles = Raycasting for photorealistic lighting and materials)
Then download some rigs from the interwebs and have a play around, find out what you want yours to contain and watch more tutorials on how to achieve those things (You'll need to learn about armature, rigging, IK, and shapekeys)
Also research UV mapping and texturing (You can practice this with normal minecraft blocks and the "default cube" )
Best of luck!
