Heyo! I use GLSL's Shaders Mod, and my computer can run it fine with NO fps problems. I tryed to allocate RAm, but I get this error : Could not create the java virtual machine. I use a 32 bit computer, and it seems that everyone that runs a 32 bit that I have talked to, can't allocate ram. Does anyone know how to do so? and if memory truly isn't the problem, then what is?

Make a text document with this:
javaw -Xmx****m -Xms????m -jar "MineCraft Location"

Replace the '****' with the max amount of memory and '????' with half of that.

Then save it as a .bat. If you already did that get the 64 bit Java.

I already did this, so I will try the 64 bit Java, but I have a 32 bit computer, so wouldn't that be rendered uncompatible?

How much RAM do you have? And how much are you trying to allocate?

Sorry, was camping. 4 GB of RAM, and I am trying to allocate 2 Gigs.
