Holm,may I start a new character?

May I create a villian which isnt in the school but plans to destroy it along with all other mutants. Basically a crazy criminal mastermind.

Backstory: Ever since Henry was a kid, he was able to invent amazing things with everyday items. Later on he grew into drawing amazing ideas and wished to make them into a reality. Then a terrible thing happened one night in his house, a gang broke into his house and killed his family, only him and his sister was left and where given a choice, join us or die. Afraid to die they joined them and started to steal from houses and store. After awhile there was a gang war and Henry accidently killed an innocent person and the leader said he deserved it. Not believing him, he shot him and started to run. Starting to clear his name, he was accepted to become a police and was chosen for the most dangerous crimes. After solving many crimes that confused other police officers, he was made into an investigator and was solving many puzzling murders. He was then chosen to solve a murder that no one could figure out and solved it with ease. After sending in his final case he retired at still a very young age. Still a teen, he decided to try to start his own life and wanted to start collage soon. But, first he wanted to go to his favorite museum from when he was a kid. He went to the new medieval and looked at the amazing models of medieval times, he then started to draw them perfectly. When he was finished, he closed the book and started to head out, but was then ambushed by the gang from his childhood. He was to afraid to fight them and was forced into a corner where he was almost beaten to death, when the knights in the exhibit came to life and attack the gang. Scared, he immediately started to run, soon he was limping badly and tried to stay strong. He then came across a place called Professor Xaiviers School For Gifted Youngsters (or whatever the name is) and struggled to it, feeling it was his only hope.

Backstory: after an accidental run in with the brotherhood Scott got in some real trouble and found him self finding his mutant power to be highly dangerous and uncontrollable. as his parent were taken from him (by the brotherhood) and were killed, his family name was then disgraced and he vowed that someday he would get payback to the brotherhood and avenge his parents and his family name
