I (Head-Admin of MineCartFaction) and my friend (Owner of MineCartFaction) have setup the amazing server of MineCartFaction, which comes fully packed with mcmmo, faction, pvp, shops, and donater perks (Following the EULA).
A really cool spawn with a random warp for new players, an autoranking system and kits for different free to get ranks!
