I'm a new artist, I can do a lot of different designs Including Headers and Display Pictures, but I will most likely be focusing on banners. I'm going to making a couple 100% free banners, I have two basic designs that I do there's the,

Banner Types

Default banner: As much text as you like can be on the banner you can also have some swords tnt or really any minecraft items the only downside in my opinion is that nothing moves it's all locked in it's position. So you'll most likely want something really bright on this kind of banner to draw the eyes away from something that flashes.

Animated Banner: These can be as detailed as you like, they can have fade effects, spin effects, almost anything. You can have the text drop down from the top make a small explosion, you can swords spin around hitting things and random things flashing (you know it's good when you're friends get seizures) I can't really list everything but if you know it then I can usually make it. These banners are usually referred to as a GIF banners they take hours of work.

Ok now for the details, just use he following format, It's important to follow the format as it helps me understand your request a lot better.

FORMAT:
Type: Animated or Default.
Size: Default or Custrom
Background: Provided (send me a pic), Solid Color (one color of your choice) or Clear.
Font: What font would you like me to use? Be specific, If you want send me a link to site where to download it or if it's a windows default font then just name it.
Text:What text would you like E.G. Server Name, IP, ETC..
Other: What else would you like on your banner, pictures, blocks, etc...

Frame 3 can you make it so steve comes in and shoots an arrow which hit's an ender dragon?
